Hannah Ross

Hannah is the founder of Summit Learning, an educational therapy practice dedicated to creating a collaborative approach to learning. A Pepperdine graduate and former classroom teacher, she was inspired to move into educational therapy after noticing many students were not receiving the support they needed to thrive. Hannah is a board-certified educational therapist with expertise in working with learners with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and other learning differences. She believes all students can learn when given personalized, evidence-based support, and she strives to make learning engaging and accessible. Hannah serves as President of the International Dyslexia Association of Los Angeles, advocating for effective and inclusive reading instruction for all learners.
Julia Gabbayan

Julia is an educational therapist with over ten years of experience in education. She earned her Teaching Credential from the University of Colorado and taught kindergarten through 3rd grade in Los Angeles independent schools. Inspired by her passion for one-on-one instruction, she completed her Educational Therapy certification at UC Riverside. Trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Landmark Writing, Wilson Reading, and Singapore Math, Julia specializes in supporting learners with executive functioning challenges, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and processing disorders. She values strong partnerships with students and families and is dedicated to boosting confidence, fostering resilience, and making learning enjoyable and meaningful for every child.
Gaby Ramos

Gaby holds a Bachelor's degree in Child & Adolescent Development and a Master's degree in Educational Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Her background as a behavioral therapist, inclusive educator, interventionist, and special needs caregiver has provided her with extensive experience supporting students with diverse learning profiles, including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, processing differences, and executive functioning challenges. Trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, Gaby provides individualized, engaging sessions that strengthen literacy, executive functioning, organization, and self-advocacy skills. She takes pride in helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and develop the strategies they need to become more independent, successful learners both inside and outside of the classroom.
Zoe Gleiberman
Educational TherapistAbout Zoe
Zoe is an experienced educator and educational therapist with over a decade of work supporting students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and executive function challenges. She began her career at the Monarch School for homeless youth and holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Boston University, along with a certificate in Educational Therapy from UC Riverside. Trained in programs like Orton-Gillingham, Seeing Stars, Visualizing and Verbalizing, Landmark Executive Function, and Fundations, Zoe combines literacy instruction with executive function support. Her approach is relationship-based and individualized, helping students build skills, confidence, and independence as they grow as learners.
Caroline Johnson

Caroline holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has experience teaching kindergarten through 2nd grade. Before entering education, she was a certified yoga teacher for both adults and children. Caroline integrates movement, sensory play, and mindfulness into individualized sessions, helping children harness their creativity while building strong foundational skills. She is trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Handwriting Without Tears, and Cognitively Guided Math Instruction, and she has completed her Educational Therapy certification through UC Riverside. Caroline is dedicated to supporting diverse learners with evidence-based strategies and personalized instruction, fostering confidence, engagement, and a love of learning.
Niko Arredondo
Educational Therapist, ET/PAbout Niko
Niko earned his Bachelor's degree in History and Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Educational Therapy from California State Northridge. He has extensive experience as a behavior interventionist, working with a diverse range of students with learning differences, particularly those with Autism. In his sessions, Niko excels at identifying each student’s unique strengths and needs and creating individualized learning activities. He is trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, which he integrates alongside other research-based strategies to support learners with reading, writing, and processing challenges.
